Second Annual Conference

Nuclear Law Association (NLA), India is organising its flagship event, the annual meet.

Nuclear energy development is witnessing a debate between pro and anti nuclear groups. Along with this, there are host of implementation issues in almost all the new projects that are being initiated. Energy requirements remain a key factor; however, both the public & the business community feel that the optimism of policy makers must be practically grounded and legally and socially well conceived.

The Second Annual Meet planned as a confluence of lawyers, scientific community, researchers, policy makers’ and the business community aims to critically examine the legal and policy developments in the nuclear energy sector.

Call for papers 


Papers must focus on law and policy relating to the nuclear energy sector and its implications for India. A critical and comparative analysis of process, policy and law is encouraged. The papers must be submitted under identified themes and sub-themes.

All accepted papers will be peer reviewed

The following should be submitted in a single document.

1. Abstract of not more than 150 words.
2. Complete author profile

Registration amount waived for accepted papers and paper presenting participants.
NLA and INLA members are offered 25% discount.
